Wellbet Equine

are are a family-oriented livery business,

striving for the very highest standards in horse

well-being.

Course Venue and Facilities
All courses are held at the Your4Legs classroom, based at:

Wellbet Equine
Wellbet Farm
Collingham Road
Swinderby
Lincoln
LN6 9JB

Wellbet Farm is a quiet venue in a countryside location, owned by Emily and Bob Granger. The farm consists of a livery yard with American Barn style stables, good grazing facilities, a horse walker and 2 interconnecting out door arenas. The classroom venue sits between Emily and Bob’s part of the building complex and another 4 bedroomed house. This house serves as Airbnb – very useful when students need somewhere to stay overnight. Your4legs also has a 2nd clinic room at the venue that is set away from the Emily and Bob’s house and is used for bringing clients and their dogs for student practical days.

The lecture subjects and some of the course practical days will be held at the above venue. A range of local venues are also visited with suitable horses and dogs. These field days give students as much experience of real life situations as is safely and appropriately possible.

The classroom is well furnished and has plenty of room, with access to the kitchen and toilet facilities in the adjoining Airbnb house. It is also warm and comfortable for those cold winter practical days. There are plenty of anatomy props in the classroom to aid with learning.

For the canine courses, Emily and Bob have 5 cockapoos that are very used to being handled and make super dogs for students to both learn and practise their hands on skills. We also have a 2nd clinic room set away from the main house, where we bring additional clients and their dogs.

For the equine courses, there are a range of suitable horses that are accessible on the on-site livery yard that are accessed through contact with the owners.
